At Envirofern we are serious about Occupational Health and Safety and we understand the importance of looking after your employees and the environment.
Envirofern acts in the interest of the employer and employee alike. Our focus is to make sure you compliant with all the legal requirements of both the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act.
We want to make safety not only easy but also meaningful, viable and affordable.
History
Envirofern was started in February 2005. We saw a gap in the market as there was no local based company for this predominantly mining sector area and decided that we have the knowledge and the opportunity to assist the mining industry in keeping a safe and healthy environment.


Policies
Sections 9, 11 and 12 of the Mines Health and Safety Act 29 – of 1996, prescribes that the hazard identification/risk rating and the measuring/monitoring of all stressors be conducted and eliminated and/or minimised.
